Tooling can be created for almost any size and thickness and for almost any slot and hole pattern. Snap in or slide in covers can also be provided to fit the opening in the strut channels in thinner materials that can thus be pre-painted as well as galvanized. Customer`s part numbers can be embossed in the inside or outside of the channels or covers in a pattern that repeats with every circumference of a roll die. Customers may order channels cut to actual lengths they use in decimal or fraction measurements inline from 1ft to 32ft long or a standard 6, 8, 10, 12 or 20ft length. Length tolerances can be less the shorter the part and are more with longer parts. Min order quantities of 5mft and up are required. Blanket orders with releases also provided. Besides, galvanized, plain steel and painted steel, Stainless Alloys are also produced and Aluminum, and Copper can also be provided. Custom sized Strut Channels can be made to fit customer`s special sized brackets and components and other pre-hard materials and stiffening grooves. Standard slot/hole pattern dies can be recommended that may already exist. Special end fabrications can also be included.
